Forested Area Four: Beyond Shesha Parvatha
An additional high point of the hike is the forested stretch that follows Shesha Parvatha. If you enter a forest, you will immediately be greeted with the raucous chirping of a variety of birds. A number of butterfly species may be seen here.
You should take little sips of water every 15 minutes, so keep your water bottle close by. Even if you don’t think you’re thirsty, you should do this. You will become dehydrated more rapidly due to the high humidity levels. This method will allow you to replace the fluids you lose through perspiration and maintain your hydration levels.
