LPG Connection Regularization:
Availability or absence of the person in possession of the cylinder(s), pressure regulator, and SV of an authorized Customer
Written authorization from the registered customer to transfer the connection to the party who is really in possession of the equipment and SV The concerned LPG distributor must receive a properly completed consent letter in the format provided by the distributor.

Transfer of connection owing to SV Holder’s passing:
The next of kin must deposit the original SV and present copies of the following documents in the prescribed format: the death certificate; and (ii) the legal heir certificate/NOC from other legal heirs/entities.
On the same deposit as the original SV, a new SV in the beneficiary’s name must be issued.
CHANGE IN NAME DURING A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP:
It is acceptable to transfer the LPG connection between members of the same family (e.g., father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister).
Registered customers must provide a family member with written authorization. To protect the oil business from any claims arising out of the transfer, the family member to whose name the connection is being transferred must sign a paper that is available from the distributor.
TV must be used to cut off the original connection. On the same deposit as the original SV, a new SV shall be granted in the beneficiary’s name.
Note that all of the aforementioned situations of regularisation or name change should not have an LPG connection from a PSU oil firm and that documentation of identity and address, a KYC form, and a statement must be provided. After a de-duplication check, the SV must only be prepared.
