The main animated cities have become part of global culture. Some cities are emblematic. Paris is the passion city; Tokyo is often named a neon metropolis. Other prominent metropolises retain London, San Francisco, New York, and Sydney. The buildings and monuments of each city – such as the Eiffel Tower, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Liberty Statue – are widely recognizable, giving everyone a unique personal identity. Culturally, cities represented good and evil in religious works, as in the Bible. They were the object of written stories and movies.
Metropolis (1927), founded on a futuristic dystopian story, is an example of the city. The urban landscape is a popular image in art, especially photography. The city’s landscapes at night are particularly praised, the lights of the bright city against a faded sky. Many photographers use long exhibitions to capture the “rivers” of the vehicle’s headlights. The effects of Bokeh, or the softening of light rings, are also used. Before the advent of photography, urban landscapes were recorded in paintings. Would you like to draw a city horizon line? It is easy using this simple design guide. All you need to draw your city is a pencil and a sheet of paper. You can also use paintings, colored pencils, pencils, or markers to add color to your city.
Drawing a City
Step 1:
Start by drawing three straight, horizontal, and parallel lines. These will form the sidewalk and the edge of the street.
Step 2:
Draw your first facility. First, draw a lengthy linear vertical line to create the flank of the structure and a short andstraight horizontal line for the ceiling.
Step 3:
Draw your two buildings. To do this, utilize two long stripes and a short line to include a rectangle.
Step 4:
Draw the third and fourth buildings. For the first shortest building, include another rectangle using three straight lines. Drawing a narrow horizontal rectangle, you can place a special ceiling in this building. Use a long line and a short horizontal line to describe the final building.
Step 5:
Add details to one of the buildings. Draw a large and narrow rectangle at the bottom of the building. It will form the entrance. Then draw a vertical line in the middle of the rectangle to distinguish the two doors. Then draw two small rectangles near the top of the building. Put a set of perpendicular lines in each, forming windows.
Step 6:
Draw a little rectangle at the base of the next structure. Draw a steep line via the rectangle to show the doors. Then draw several small squares for the windows. Draw some parallel diagonal lines on each window to indicate the brightness of the glass.
Step 7:
Draw yards on the walls of the remaining buildings to construct windows. Draw a similar set of vertical lines in a building in each window. On the other hand, draw a set of vertical and parallel lines.
Step 8:
Draw additional buildings in the background by surrounding rectangles of different heights, using straight lines for each.
Step 9:
Draw small squares in each of the background buildings to indicate windows.
Step 10:
Color your city. Will he display shades of gray like a concrete jungle? Or will your architecture use bright and unusual colors? The choice belongs to you, so be creative.
